Website information

Know where AI fits.
And where people lead.

Clear information about this website, your choices and where to get help.

Updated September 28, 2026. These website notices describe the current information-only website. Clinical enrollment documents are provided separately by the relevant clinical partner.

The scheduled voice call

KindlyMoments’ routine check-in uses an automated voice assistant. The patient is told the call is automated. Its purpose is to gather patient-reported answers and support a defined clinical review workflow.

Clinical decisions stay with people

The assistant does not diagnose, prescribe, replace a clinical visit or independently call 911. A licensed clinician reviews routed concerns and determines appropriate follow-up. The service does not monitor patients between calls.

Your consent and choices

The relevant clinical partner provides enrollment and consent information, including how calls and responses are used, who may access information and how to pause or stop routine calls. No public website input is sent to an AI model by this site.

Imagery and the overview

The website uses licensed stock photography to illustrate everyday situations. People pictured are not presented as KindlyMoments patients, staff or endorsers. The overview uses illustrative scenes and interface data to explain the care model; it is not a recording of clinical care or evidence of clinical outcomes.
