What this notice covers
This notice applies to the KindlyMoments public information website. It does not replace a clinical partner’s privacy notice, patient consent or medical-record policies.
Information on this website
The website has no patient accounts, medical-record uploads, payment processing, AI chat or advertising and analytics trackers. Local browser preferences record your cookie choice and a photo selection number for each page in the current tab session. The photo number is not sent to our server; our cookie policy explains how to clear these preferences. Website hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request times, to deliver and protect the service.
General inquiries
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number and broad inquiry category, plus an organization name for partnership inquiries and an optional general message. You review the details before choosing Submit inquiry. Reviewing or copying a message does not submit it. A receipt reference confirms that the receiving service has accepted it; if sending is unavailable, the form displays an error. We use accepted inquiries to respond and coordinate follow-up. The website does not save form fields in local or session storage. Your browser may remember entries under its settings. Copy message places text on your clipboard, which may be retained or synchronized by your device. It must not be used for symptoms, diagnoses, discharge dates, insurance identifiers or records.
If you email the general mailbox, we receive what you choose to send and your email address. Send general questions only. Ordinary email is not the channel for private health information.
Inquiry security
The form displays a sending error until the receiving service and its security check are connected. No inquiry fields are transmitted by this version. The configured security check uses Cloudflare Turnstile; its processing is disclosed here when enabled. Cloudflare privacy policy.
Sharing and processing
Information needed to operate the website or respond to an inquiry may be processed by the service providers involved in that task. This website does not install advertising trackers or sell information through an advertising integration. Links to social websites lead to separate services governed by their own policies.
Retention and your requests
You can clear the website preference through your browser settings. For a question about information you have sent, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact help@kindlymoments.com. Verification, legal duties and applicable retention requirements may affect how a request is handled. This notice does not promise deletion of clinical records or a universal deletion deadline.

The notice must be updated before new collection, analytics, authentication or other processing is enabled. The date above identifies this version.
