Guide / Your daily routine

A phone call
you can settle into.

You do not need to learn a new app to take a scheduled voice check-in. The enrollment team explains the routine and confirms what is available for your pathway.

Before the first call

Ask the team to confirm the schedule, the phone number used for calls, language availability and how you can change your preferences. Confirm who to contact if a call does not arrive or the timing no longer works.

During the conversation

The voice assistant tells you it is automated. Answer in your own words and ask for a question again when you need to. Questions follow the care plan; the assistant does not diagnose or prescribe.

After the call

Your answers are recorded for your care team. A licensed clinician makes decisions about routed concerns. A routine call does not mean someone is monitoring you for the rest of the day.

Your choices still matter.

Ask the enrollment team how to pause or stop routine calls and how your information is handled. You do not need to provide health information through this public website.
